Located along the banks of the tranquil Susquehanna River the beautifully restored historic Standing
Stone Community Vesper Church is a perfect setting for your wedding. The rich history of the Standing
Stone area and the beauty of the forested countryside enhance the Standing Stone Community Vesper
Church as one of Bradford County's foremost wedding chapels.

The Standing Stone Community Vesper Church is fully restored and updated with all modern
conveniences and is complimented with changing facilities and a reception hall. The interior of the church
is beautifully decorated with original woodwork and a spectacular century old mosaic from Italy. The
church also has exceptional accustics for any sound system, singing, and the church's piano and organ
music.

The church is located just off Historic Route 6 just east of the Towanda-Wysox area and is within one
hours drive of Wilkes Barre - Scranton, Bloomsberg, Williamsport, and Elmira, NY, and is minutes away
from popular motels and restaurants.

An Ideal Rustic Country Setting For A Wedding

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Endless Mountains of Sullivan County the historic East Forks Church
offers a unique setting for your wedding ceremony. The peaceful rural setting of the East Forks Church
provides a spectacular view of the pristine mountain forests and rolling countryside for a formal or
informal celebration of your love for one another.

Built in 1881 the East Forks Church is one of the oldest churches in the area and has been restored for
seasonal services. The interior of the church is adorned with original American Chestnut woodwork and
hemlock planked floors. The church offers basic service features consisting of electric, a well-tuned
piano, and comfort stations comprising of new hemlock outhouses.

The East Forks Church is located along Warburton Hill Road, a gravel country road in Forks Township,
and is only a few minutes away from Worlds End State Park, Ricketts Glen State Park, and is within
one hours drive of Wilkes Barre-Scranton, Bloomsburg, and Williamsport with easy access off of Rt. 220.
